Map Your Journey

How the Magic Happens (Format)

We will meet virtually for 90 minutes  at 11:30 am  to 1:00 pm on Wednesdays.  The first session will be on Wednesday March 11.  From there, we will meet every other week from March 18  – June 10, for a total of eight sessions.  See the schedule below.

  • Pre-work: You are expected to complete a series of short readings and an exercise relevant to the week’s group workshop. Click here to view a sample exercise.

  • Seminar: Ted Dacko will lead a 30-minute presentation on the week’s topic, including immediately applicable strategies and tactics
  • Workshop: You will present your exercise, opportunities, and challenges as they pertain specifically to your business. Your peers and workshop leaders will provide feedback, ideas, accountability, and support in a “cone of silence” setting.

Expectations We Have of You

This is an application-based program – you gotta want it.

  • Be accountable: come to each session and come prepared to each session
  • Share openly and with as much specificity as possible: we can address only what we know
  • Be respectful and candid with your feedback: don’t be afraid to ask questions or identify challenges, but do so with sincere empathy and encouragement. Respect group confidentiality to the utmost degree.

  • April 29:People Issues and Building a Killer Entrepreneurial Cross-Functional Team

  • May 13: Getting the Most Out of Boards, Mentors, and Advisors

  • May 27: Breaking and Making Habits

  • June 10: Your CEO Journey: What will you do differently? How will you measure your progress and hold each other accountable
